سيُعقد المؤتمر الدولي للمؤتمر الدولي للوقاية من الجليد في لاغوس في المقام الأول في فندق لاغوس ماريوت لاغوس إيكيجا. وكجزء من ترتيباتنا، حجزنا مسبقاً 50 غرفة (غرف ضيوف عادية بسرير ملكي واحد) بسعر ليلة واحدة بسعر $220 دولار أمريكي لباقة لمدة 4 ليالٍ (تسجيل الوصول في 1 سبتمبر وتسجيل المغادرة في 5 سبتمبر). وللحفاظ على هذا السعر المخفض، يجب أن تكون 30 غرفة على الأقل مشغولة خلال مؤتمر ICCP لاغوس.

تشمل باقة الـ 4 ليالٍ أيضاً بوفيه إفطار عالمي واحد يومياً لكل شخص في مطعم كاريكو آند كو بالفندق، وخدمة الإنترنت اللاسلكي في غرفة النزلاء، ووسائل الراحة داخل الغرفة من ماء/شاي وقهوة. وقت تسجيل الوصول هو 3 عصراً، ووقت تسجيل المغادرة هو 12 ظهراً.

In order to guarantee securing a room in the 4-night package, attendees can select the Marriott Lodging 4-Night Package add-on through the Registration portal. Selections and payments of the nightly rate and processing fees ($31.47 for Whova and Stripe payment processing) would need to be made by February 20, 2026. After this time, reservations will be able to made pending available space. The conference organizing team will be communicating often with the conference hotel and will updated the Registration Portal if any lodging options become unavailable.

We anticipate payment for those additional nights will need to be made directly to the hotel; however, we will communicate with attendees directly once we receive more information from our hotel partners.

Our local conference team has worked with other nearby hotels to hold blocks of rooms at discounted rates as well. To book these rooms, attendees can select one of these options through the Registration Portal as add-ons as well. Selections and payments of the nightly rate and processing fees ($31.47 for Whova and Stripe payment processing) would need to be made by February 20, 2026, to guarantee the bookings; reservations made after this date will be accepted pending available space. These add-ons will also be a 4-night package with check-in on September 1, 2026, and check-out on September 5, 2026.
