Hotel para conferências

O ICCP Lagos será realizado principalmente no Lagos Marriott Hotel Ikeja. Como parte de nosso acordo, fizemos uma pré-reserva de 50 quartos (Standard Guest Rooms com 1 cama King) a uma tarifa noturna de US$ $220 para um pacote de 4 noites (check-in em 1º de setembro e check-out em 5 de setembro). Para manter essa tarifa com desconto, pelo menos 30 dos quartos precisarão ser ocupados durante a conferência do ICCP Lagos.

Esse pacote de 4 noites também inclui 1 bufê de café da manhã internacional por dia, por pessoa, no restaurante Kariko & Co do hotel, WiFi no quarto de hóspedes, amenidades de água/chá e café no quarto. O horário de check-in é às 15 horas e o horário de check-out é às 12 horas.

In order to guarantee securing a room in the 4-night package, attendees can select the Marriott Lodging 4-Night Package add-on through the Registration portal. Selections and payments of the nightly rate and processing fees ($31.47 for Whova and Stripe payment processing) would need to be made by February 20, 2026. After this time, reservations will be able to made pending available space. The conference organizing team will be communicating often with the conference hotel and will updated the Registration Portal if any lodging options become unavailable. 

If you need to add any extra days before or after the stay duration, please contact us at iccplagos2026@gmail.com. We will update your booking information with the Marriott or other local hotels. We anticipate payment for those additional nights will need to be made directly to the hotel; however, we will communicate with attendees directly once we receive more information from our hotel partners.

Our local conference team has worked with other nearby hotels to hold blocks of rooms at discounted rates as well. To book these rooms, attendees can select one of these options through the Registration Portal as add-ons as well. Selections and payments of the nightly rate and processing fees ($31.47 for Whova and Stripe payment processing) would need to be made by February 20, 2026, to guarantee the bookings; reservations made after this date will be accepted pending available space. These add-ons will also be a 4-night package with check-in on September 1, 2026, and check-out on September 5, 2026.
