Conference Hotel

ICCP Lagos will be taking place primarily at the Lagos Marriott Hotel Ikeja. As a part of our arrangement, we have pre-booked 50 rooms (Standard Guest Rooms with 1 King bed) at a nightly rate of $220 USD for a 4-night package (check-in on September 1 and check-out on September 5). In order to maintain this discounted rate, at least 30 of the rooms will need to be occupied through the ICCP Lagos conference.

This 4-night package also includes 1 international buffet breakfast per day per person at the hotel’s Kariko & Co Restaurant, WiFi in the guest room, In-Room amenities of Water/Tea and Coffee. Check-in time is 3 PM, and check-out time is 12 PM.

In order to guarantee securing a room in the 4-night package, attendees can select the Marriott Lodging 4-Night Package add-on through the Registration portal. Selections and payments of the nightly rate and processing fees ($31.47 for Whova and Stripe payment processing) would need to be made by February 20, 2026. After this time, reservations will be able to made pending available space. The conference organizing team will be communicating often with the conference hotel and will updated the Registration Portal if any lodging options become unavailable.

We anticipate payment for those additional nights will need to be made directly to the hotel; however, we will communicate with attendees directly once we receive more information from our hotel partners.

Other Hotel Options

Our local conference team has worked with other nearby hotels to hold blocks of rooms at discounted rates as well. To book these rooms, attendees can select one of these options through the Registration Portal as add-ons as well. Selections and payments of the nightly rate and processing fees ($31.47 for Whova and Stripe payment processing) would need to be made by February 20, 2026, to guarantee the bookings; reservations made after this date will be accepted pending available space. These add-ons will also be a 4-night package with check-in on September 1, 2026, and check-out on September 5, 2026.
