VISAS

Important Visa Information for 2026 ICCP Lagos

The 2026 ICCP Lagos organizing team is currently working with the Nigeria Immigration Service to be able to submit single entry business visa applications on behalf of conference attendees. As we finalize more of these details, we will add updates to this page as well as communicate directly to individuals who have already registered for the conference.

In order to submit a group visa application, the 2026 ICCP Lagos organizing team will be requesting and collecting additional details and documentation from each attendee. Submission of information and documents must be made by  June 30, 2026, to guarantee inclusion in this group application. Materials received on or after July 1, 2026, cannot be guaranteed to be included in this group process; late registrants will be considered on a case-by-case basis in consultation with our local organizing team.

Any submissions missing details or documentation will be not be considered complete and will not be submitted to the Nigeria Immigration Service. Guests who are not included in this process will need to handle visa and entry processes on their own and at their own expense.

If you have any questions about this process, please contact us through our email: iccplagos2026@gmail.com
